My name’s Jack Oughton, I’m a freelance writer/copywriter and journalist in Croydon, South London. I also go by the name of Koukouvaya  (Greek: 'Owl').

This is (quite obviously) a website about what I do, which is writing. The purpose of this site  is to demonstrate said writing. And so, if in need of a writer, you can read my cuttings and decide if I’m the right man for you.

And if you are not in need of a writer you can read my cuttings for your own amusement, and if you want, find out a little more about what being a writer entails...
